In March 2025, our old Trane HVAC system stopped working and was no longer able to provide heat. We contacted Montana’s Heating & Cooling Services for help. During the initial visit, Joel inspected the system and managed to get the heating temporarily working. However, due to the age of the system, its performance remained unreliable. After discussing our options with Joel, he recommended replacing the entire unit. Following some research, we decided to proceed with Joel’s recommendation and replaced the old Trane system with a Bosch unit. Joel did an excellent job uninstalling and removing the old system and installing the new one. This was especially impressive considering the furnace was located in a cramped crawl space with limited room to maneuver. He carefully removed the old furnace and installed the new one with great attention to detail. We’re very happy with the quality of the work. Montanos installed a new dual fuel heat pump with gas backup furnace.  Joel was the only bidder who suggested expanding the air intake to the furnace.  I noticed the difference immediately.  I was a little worried about the installation as my house was not designed for air conditioning.  The Bosch system works great!  The team was professional and did a great job.
